We Japan Heating Appliances Inspection Association shall observe criterion, procedure and policy etc which management system certification body regulates, and Management Systems Certification Center (MS center) shall implement and maintain to ensure certification work based on following operation policy.

(1)	We shall contribute to the community through the management system certification work.
(2)	We shall observe the criterion of accreditation ensuring impartiality and openness , and implement high quality assessment.
(3)	We shall contribute to maintain and improve for quality and environment activities of organization (customer), and shall get confidence of customer / interested parties of the organization.
(4)	We shall administer for all infringement of interested parties, and provide impartially the management system certification work services to all organization.
(5)	We shall not entrust decision on certification to other certification body.
(6)	We shall not provide related consultant work.

We shall familiarize ourselves to make the level / personnel understand, implement and maintain surely this management policy.
